(d) Never try to economize sealing parts in
rebuilding the engine. "0" rings, oil seals,
gaskets and packings are "expendable"
items in most cases.
(e) Read the instructions given in the manual,
paying particular attention to the special
notes, hints and warnings.
(0 Crank the engine by hand to be sure it will
run smoothly before mounting it on the
machine.
