TIMER
Timer I and Timer 2
The STB contains
two timers that are capable
of turning the STB on and off at
selected
times, on selected channels
and on selected days.
You can also set your
STB to simultaneously
turn your D-VHS VCR on to recording mode.
Timer Set up

In TIMER Menu, press the • and • arrows to select either TIMER 1 or TIMER 2.
Note:
TIME must be entered in CLOCK to operate TIMER features.

Press the • arrow twice to move to the day field.
Use the • and • arrowsto selectthe day.

Press the ACTION button to move to the first time field (start time).
Use the • and• arrowsto selectthe hour.

Press the • arrow to move to the minutes.
Use the • and • arrowsto selectthe minutes.

Press the ACTION button to move to the second time field (stop time).
Use the • and • arrowsto selectthe hour.

Press the • arrow to move to the minutes.
Usethe • and • arrows to selectthe minutes.

Press the ACTION button.

Press the • arrow once, then the • arrow once.

Press the • and • arrows to select the mode.
OFF - Disablesthe timer.
VIEW - Turnson STB only. (MustturnTV onto viewthe event).
RECORD - Turnson STB and startsD-VHS VCR recording mode.
Note:
All data fields must be entered prior to selecting a mode.

arrow twice, to return to Roller Guide.

Note:
Times cannot overlap between the timers.
The first entered timer (either Timer 1 or
Timer 2) will override the second entered timer.
