  • Page 4 STEP 1 Castor P860045 Base (underside) P800201 x 16 1. Fasten 5 Castors to the Base as shown. 2. Insert Wooden Dowels as shown above.

  • Page 8 STEP 5 Threaded Rod P816172 x 2 Allen key Sleeve Nut P860256 x 4 1. Fit Sleeve Nut at one end of each Threaded Rod using an Allen Key. 2. Insert Threaded Rod into Assembly through Base as shown. 3. Fit another Sleeve Nut at other end of Threaded Rod from Top and tighten it turning both Allen Keys in opposite direction of each other.
  • Page 9 STEP 6 Front Rail 1. Fit 2 Small Connecting Rods to each Front Rail as shown. 2. Fit Front Mouldings to Base as shown. 3. Fit Front Rails on to Front Mouldings as shown. Front Rail Front Rail Front Moulding...
  • Page 10 STEP 7 Front Rail Front Moulding 1. Fasten the Front Rails and Front Mouldings to the Base while holding them flush with outside edge of Stand using 2 Locking Screws. View from front of Stand Front Rail Front Moulding Ensure that Front Rail, Front Moulding and Base are all flush on outside edge.
  • Page 11 STEP 8 1. Tighten the 4 pre-fitted Cams in Top, by turning them clockwise.
  • Page 12 STEP 9 P860246 x 8 Left Glass Bracket x 2 Right Glass Bracket x 2 1. Fasten the Glass Brackets to Side Mouldings using Screws as shown.
  • Page 13 STEP 10 The curved part of the Glass should be at the front. 1. Slide each Glass Shelf into Glass Brackets and tighten Grub Screws from the underside of brackets as shown, make sure the Back Edge of Glass Shelf is flush with Glass Bracket.
  • Page 17 STEP 14 1. With help of an Assistant, lift the Television onto Pins ensuring that the Pins line up with the Holes in base of Television. 2. While Gently pushing the Plasma TV back to ensure the TV is standing straight on the stand, tighten the TV with the Bolts as shown below.

    Side Moulding. Back Side Moulding 1. With Cable Pins pushed into Back Side Mouldings, place Cables behind pins, then slide Pins across into the Side Mouldings. Congratulations you have now finished the assembly for your Panasonic Television Stand. Side Moulding...
