Suggestions
• Move the scanner out of direct sunlight.
• Move the scanner far away from the light source.
Check that your document is acceptable
(see Document Specifications on page 6).
Increase the contrast level.

Select the Duplex check box under the Image tab
in DSmobileCapture.
Suggestions
1. Make sure your scanner is connected properly.
2. Confirm that the Micro USB Cable is working and
that it is not frayed or damaged in any way.
If the error still appears after verifying that the
Micro USB Cable is connected properly, reinstall
the scanner driver from the DVD-ROM.

Log into Windows with administrator rights.
From Apple menu, select System Preferences >
System > Users & Groups. The left pane of the
window will list the current accounts, one of which
should be your name with the word "Admin"
underneath. If this is not the case, contact your
system administrator.
