Connect your phone to a PC using the USB cable, select MTP to transfer audio and video
files from the PC to your phone, or export audio and video files from your phone to the
PC.
USB flash drive
Your phone must be connected to a USB flash drive using the OTG cable delivered with
the phone. After your phone recognizes the USB flash drive, you can see the USB drive
icon in the file manager. Then you can import or export files.
The source streaming media is of poor quality.
Network connection is faulty when an online streaming media is being played.
The phone's hardware may be faulty, for example, the display is damaged. To check this,
use another device to play the online streaming media for comparison.
The phone memory is insufficient.
The CPU usage is high.
Too many applications are running.
Default saving location: By default, photos are saved to the available microSD card on
your phone. If there is no available microSD card, photos are saved to your phone
memory.
Changing the saving location:
If there is no available microSD card, photos are saved to your phone memory. When an
available microSD card is inserted, photos are automatically saved to the microSD card.
You do not need to change the saving location.
Viewing photos or videos on the phone:
If the photos or video clips are saved in the phone memory, touch File Manager >
Internal > DCIM/Camera.
