Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Switch off and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
• Clean the interior of the appliance as often as possible.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. These can leave harmful residues.
• Clean the door seal with water only.
• Always wipe dry after cleaning.
• Do not allow the control panel to become wet.
• Remove any odours in the oven interior by microwaving a cup of water with the juice of 1 lemon for 5 minutes. Dry with a soft cloth.
• A BUFFALO agent or qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.

Cleaning the Ceiling Cover

Push left side of catch in centre of ceiling cover and seperate it from cavity

Hold side catches of ceiling cover with both hands and pull down. Remove ceiling cover from oven cavity
2.
Wash ceiling cover in soapy water or food sanitiser solution
3.
Replace the ceiling cover
4.
NOTE - the ceiling cover must be securely in place before operting the oven

Cleaning the Air Filter

Clean the Air Filter regularly according to the following instructions
Remove the bolts at both ends of the Air Filter
1.
Take the Air Filter off carefully
2.
Wash the Air Filter in warm soapy water
3.
Replace the Air Filter before operating the oven
4.
NOTE - if the air filter becomes clogged the oven may fail to work correctly
