    Operation of a CASIO cash register is simple enough to be mastered without special training. Everything you need to know is included in this manual, so keep it on hand for reference. Consult your CASIO dealer if you have any questions about points not specifically covered in this manual.

    Tax table programming Programming automatic tax calculation Important! After you program the tax calculations, you also have to individually specify which depart- ments (page 31) , PLUs (page 33) and flat PLUs (page 35) are to be taxed. For this cash register to be able to automatically register state sales tax, you must program its tax tables with tax calculation data from the tax table for your state.
