23) Connect the extension harness

gray banded 0 IN connector with cap of
the
juction box

and route the harness
backward, along the main wire harness,
to
the unserside of the passenger seat.
A ttach the connector bolder (F ig. 7)
to
the travel trunk and secure the extension
harness connector
with the holder as
shown.

nstall the clock

meter visor.
Remove the blind covers from the
meter visor
by
pulling them out by
hand.
NOTE:
Discard the clock blind cover.
The radio blind cover is used as
a cover when the radio is removed.

nstall the seapkers

and meter visor
on
the fairing.

Slide the four clip nuts

onto the
edge of each speaker mount opening
of the fairing as shown.

Install the seapkers using the hard-
ware shown in Fig. 42.
NOTE:
I nstall the
spacers
@
with the
sponge ends on the fairing side,
and the th ick sides of the screw
su rfaces facing out.
• Connect
the
clock and
speaker
harness wires noting the sizes of
the speaker wire terminals.
• Align the locating tabs on the meter
visor with the holes in the radio
mou nt bracket.
• I nstall the speakers with the drain
holes facing up and down as shown.
