21) I nstall the radio switch and connect the
switch wires to the wire harness.

Drill a
1.5 mm
hole through the turn
signal switch at the location shown
(center), and install the turn signal
switch using
a
tapping screw

and spacer

NOTE: When
installing the switch

on the turn signal switch, align
the locating tabs on the spacer
with the holes in the signal switch.
A total of four holes is provided to
allow
for adjustment of switch
angle.
On some models, only tow holes
are provided on the right side.
To
install the radio switch

it is
necessary to break off the left tab
on the spacer
® .

Route the switch harness wires as
shown in
Fig. 29
and
30.

WARNING
Attach the wires with the wire
bands
with the handlebar turned extreme
right or left, so they are not pulled
taught when the handlebar is rotated.
