This command matches the data in a logical block in the IDD's data buffer with the data in the same
logical block stored on the disk medium. If the logical block data in the IDD's data buffer are more
recent than the data on the disk medium, those data are written to the disk medium.
When the write cache mechanism is enabled, the INIT, using this command, can write data
which have not been written in the IDD's data buffer intentionally in the write cache.

Immed (Immediate)
1) If "1" is specified as the Immed (immediate) bit, at the point when the validity of the CDB
is verified, the "GOOD" status is reported immediately and execution of this command
terminates.
2) If "0" is specified as the Immed (immediate) bit, at the point when the unwritten data in the
data buffer have all been written to the disk medium, the status byte is reported and
execution of the command terminates.
In this command, logical data block on the disk medium that is specified in the "Logical Block
Address" field is made the top and the number of continuous logical data blocks specified in
the "Number of Blocks" field is processed, but if unwritten data exist in the IDD's data buffer,
all those data are written to the disk medium regardless of the values specified in the "Logical
Block Address" field or the "Number of Blocks" field. Also, even if no unwritten data exist in
the IDD's data buffer, this command terminates normally. However, if the value specified in
the "Logical Block Address" field and the "Number of Blocks" field exceeds the IDD's
maximum logical block address, that command terminates with the "CHECK CONDITION"
status (ILLEGAL REQUEST [= 5] / Logical block address out of range [ = 21-00]) and write
back is not executed.
