NOTE:
Apply grease to the new O-rings before
installation.
2. Install the bolts 1, ring 2, and bolts 3,
and then tighten the bolts 1 to the speci-
fied torque.
Propeller shaft housing bolt 1:
30 N·m (3.0 kgf·m, 22 ft·lb)
Installing the water pump and shift
rod
1. Install the shift rod assembly 1.

2. Install the new gasket 2, outer plate car-
tridge 3, and dowel pins 4.
3. Install the Woodruff key into the drive
shaft.
4. Align the groove on the impeller 5 with
the Woodruff key 6, and then install it to
the drive shaft.
