Replacing the LED Assembly

1. Power off the system and remove the left and right side panels as described earlier in this
chapter.
Tag and disconnect the power and hard disk drive LED cables from the system board.

Remove the front panel as described earlier in this chapter.
3.
Using a small screwdriver or ball-point pen, push downward on the top tab of the LED

assembly while pulling the assembly away from the front of the chassis.
Feed the cables through the right side of the system chassis and remove the LED assembly.
