Optional.
Enabling to display up to 22 people's
Server
status registered to Member 01/02 dis-
plays in advance such as present, busy,
away and so on.
Pause
Idle time put between numbers while
dialing.
Refer to "When You Want to Use
Pause".
Voice Mail
Optional.
Function to exchange voice message
through telephone. In Softphone, you
can record call contents by operations
on a PC. You can listen to or make other
person listen to the recorded call con-
tents. When Voice Mail is set as a for-
warding destination of Call forward-All
Calls, this Voice Mail can be used as an
answering machine.
Refer to "How to Use Voice Mail"
(optional).
Hold
Having the person you are making a call
to wait for a while. You can play hold
melody for the other person while he or
she is waiting.
White Board
Paint software that can be shared with
the other person on the phone. You can
talk with him or her while simulta-
neously entering pictures or characters
on the white board screen. The entered
contents are displayed in real time on
the screens of each other's PC.

Message
Lamp that blinks in red at mail receiv-
ing. When Voice Mail is being used, this

Mute
Making only your voice mute while the
other person's voice can be heard during
a call.
Line Key
Button that enables to register extension
numbers and functions often used. You
can make or receive a call and use vari-
ous functions only by clicking this but-
ton.
Line Key Dis-
Enabling to display the phone with the
extension number registered on Line
play
Key is receiving a call or is busy. Also,
while this display is showing a call
received on the extension number regis-
tered on Line Key, you can answer the
call on behalf of the other person by lift-
ing the hand set and clicking Line Key.
Log
Record of sending a call (sending log)
or of receiving a call (receiving log).
You can make a call by using this log.
Answering
Function to automatically answer a call
addressed to you or to record the other
Machine
person's message.
Refer to "Using as Answering
Machine".
Call forward-
When Softphone is not started or PC is
turned off, enabling to answer call
Logout
addressed to you on the phone you
moved to or on the phone of your proxy.
Login ID
Number to specify Softphone users. The
number allocated by the system admin-
istrator should be used together with
password. Number to enter the Soft-
phone using environment.
Call forward-
Enables to receive on the phone of your
proxy a call sent while you are on the
Busy
phone.
