How to Make a
Convenient Use
When You Want to Pre-
serve the Short Mes-
sage Log
You can set the period to preserve the short message log
to up to 30 days.
For how to make a setting, refer to "Specifying Preser-
vation Days of Short Message".

'Short message log' screen is displayed.

Click in the order of [Message]
'Save CSV File'.
The following screen is displayed.

Select a location to save the log.

Enter a file name to 'File name' col-
umn.

Now, the short message log is saved in the
CSV-form file.
When You Want to Send
a Number While Calling
You can register phone numbers entered in the case of
reserving tickets for business purpose or checking the
answering function of a cellular phone.
Registering

(Member 01 Button)
or
(Member 02 Button).
The line display switches to Member 01 or Mem-
ber 02.

Right-click the member button you
want to register.
The following menu is displayed.
