4 Troubleshooting
To identify and resolve events, access the Events screen for the specific
Centrifuge module. The Events screen for that Centrifuge module only
displays events for the Centrifuge station. For information about Events,
see the ADVIA Automation Solutions Operator's Guide.
The Centrifuge Events screen displays event messages associated with a
Centrifuge station and provides recommended corrective actions. When a
Centrifuge event occurs, a white, yellow, or red alert bar displays above the
Centrifuge station button.
Event messages are listed chronologically, with the most recent event at
the top. You can sort event messages by log time, severity, message, and
event code. You can also arrange event messages by acknowledged events
or unacknowledged events.
Using the Events Screen
Perform the following steps when an event occurs:
1. On the LineMaster workspace, select the Centrifuge station button.
2. Select Events.
3. For more information about an event, select the event and then select
Event Details.
4. Carefully read the event message and follow the recommended
corrective actions.
5. To acknowledge the event, select the event and then select
Acknowledge.
You can acknowledge all events by selecting Acknowledge All.
Note Selecting Acknowledge All at the Events screen moves all
Centrifuge-specific event messages to the Acknowledged events list.
Note If the corrective action provided by an event message does not
resolve the issue, or if the same event continues to post to the event log,
contact your local technical support provider.
You can use the arrow in the Log Time column to change the sort order.
The arrow in the Severity column allows you to choose a specific severity
level. In addition, you can sort the Log Time, Severity, Message, and
Code columns by placing the cursor above the column name and typing a
keyword or number.
