5-13. Rotary encoder
5-13-1. Rotate Left
Contents A semiautomatic inspection is conducted by turning
a rotary encoder to the three lefts (counterclockwise
rotation).
When a rotating left cannot be detected, it judges
with it being failure.
Advance preparation None.
