Contents According to directions of a screen, a semiautomatic
inspection is conducted by pushing fi ve switches in
following order.
It is failure, when the switch which should be pushed
on the next is not displayed after pushing a switch, or
when the switch which should be pushed on the next is
displayed, although a switch is not pushed.
