5-8. Optimization of the Bin Position
Execute D0 in the test mode to optimize the bin position
before use.
1. Turn ON the power switch on the DECK rear panel
and the STANDBY switch on the front panel.
2. Turn ON the main power switch and the ROBOT
switch on the lower right of the front door of the
CART.
3. Control panel key description
. CONTROL (TEST)
Functions:
Enters the test mode, moves to the
test mode defaults
. CLEAR (10's digit)
Function: Set the test number (0 to F)
. INITIAL (1's digit)
Function: Set the test number (0 to F)
. RECOVER (EXECUTION/CANCEL)
Function: Execute, cancel
. DOOR OPEN:
Function: Open the door.
. EMERGENCY STOP
Function: Stops operation in case of emergency.

4. When "INITIAL" is displayed on the control panel
located at the upper right of the front door, press the
INITIAL button to execute.
5. After INITIAL is complete, execute "D0" of the test
mode when "IN USE" is displayed on the control
panel.
6. Press the RECOVER (EXECUTION/CANCEL) key
while holding down the CONTROL (TEST) key to
enter the test mode. When entering the test mode,
"TEST-**" is displayed.

7. If you consecutively press the RECOVER (EXECUTION/
CANCEL) key three times or more while holding down
the CONTROL (TEST) key and CLEAR (10's digit) key,
or if you hold down the CONTROL (TEST) key and
CLEAR (10's digit) key for 10 seconds or more, the
system enters the factory mode and "dot (.)" is displayed
at the rightmost of the "TEST-** " indication. "TEST-
**
."
8. Use the CLEAR (10's digit)/INITIAL (1's digit) key
to set D0.
9. Press the RECOVER (EXECUTION/CANCEL) key.
. To exit the test mode in mid-course, press the
RECOVER (EXECUTION/CANCEL) key to display
the "TEST-D0" and the test number and exit the test
mode.
. If an error occurs in the test sequence, the test
completes at that point.
. Press the CONTROL (TEST) key to display "TEST-
**" and the system is initialized to be the default
state for the test mode.
Press the CONTROL (TEST) key repeatedly to
display "TEST-**" and "TEST-XX" (the current
test number) alternately.
If the problem has occurred in the test, the "Error
information" is displayed in the second line of the
"TEST-**" indication.
10. "TEST-D0" and "BIN TRAINING" are displayed in
the first and the second line, respectively.
11. Implement initialization. "EXEC-D0" and "INITIAL"
are displayed in the first and the second line, respec-
tively.
12. When the initialization is completed, start training of
the bin marker. During training, the lamp of the bin in
which the cartridge exists is lit. When training is
completed, "COMPLETE" is displayed in the second
line and the display returns to the test mode immedi-
ately. The bin lamp is turned off.
13. After the test, further hold down the CONTROL
(TEST) key and RECOVER (EXECUTION/CAN-
CEL) key to resume from the test mode.

When recovered to the normal operation mode,
"INITIAL" is displayed flashing in the first line
indicating the initialization requirement state.
At this stage, press the INITIAL (1's digit) key to
implement initialization.
After initialization, "IN USE" is displayed in the first
line.
