4-4. Replacing the Reel Assembly
Tools
. Torque wrench (For 60 kgf.cm)
. Torque driver bit (For M5)
Removal
1. Removing the side and top panels
Remove the side and top panels.
(Refer to section 2-7-1.)
2. Removing the rear panel (top)
Remove the rear panel (top).
(Refer to section 2-7-2.)
3. Removing the door
Remove the door. (Refer to section 2-7-3.)
4. Removing the FTP panel
. S side: FTP panels A and B
. T side: FTP panels A and C
(Refer to section 2-7-4.)
5. Disconnecting the connectors
Disconnect the following connectors, and remove
the harness from the wiring stopper.
S side:
. CN6/CN-1747 board
. S reel motor
T side:
. CN7/CN-1748 board
. T reel motor
6. Removing the reel assembly
Remove the four screws, and remove the reel
assembly.
