3-4-3. Replacing the Filter Assembly

Removal
1. Turn OFF the AC power supplied to the FVS-1000.

Be sure to turn off the AC power supplied to the FVS-1000
first before proceeding with the work due to the risk of
electrical hazards.
2. Remove the gate base (35) assembly.
(Refer to section 3-2-1.)
3. Loosen the four screws, and pull out the lamp house
assembly. (Refer to section 3-4-1.)
4. Remove the LC-35 board cover.
5. Disconnect all connectors connected, and remove the
LC-35 board.

6. Remove the six screws, and remove the lamp house
front panel.
7. Remove the four screws, and remove the filter assem-
bly.

Installation
8. Perform the reverse of steps 1 to 7 of the removal
procedure.
