Send Programs to ECR (Download)
1. Choose Send Programs to ECR (Download) from the Communications menu to
send program information from the database of the working store, to the ECR at the store.
2. From the Download Program dialog box, first select Memory Allocation and click the
Download button. Memory allocation must be sent before any other programs can be
downloaded.
3. After memory allocation is successfully downloaded, select the program components you
wish to send to the ECR. (Check Check All for all components except memory
allocation.) A check mark means the item is selected. Use the scroll bar at the right to
view all of the possible program components.
4. Click the Download button to initiate the download to the ECR; click Exit to exit the
window. The Status field will monitor the progress of the download for each program
component. Pass will display in green when the program is successfully downloaded;
Fail will display in red if the download is unsuccessful.
