Product Mix Groups

Product Mix Groups can be used to implement a simplified ingredient system for tracking
only essential ingredients associated with items (i.e. cups for beverages or number of pieces
for chicken menus.)
Product mix groups also report usage by time period and optional Product Projections
reporting is also available. The Product Projection report provides a history of each item's
sales by day of week.
Product Mix Items
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Product Mix Groups, then select Product Mix
Items to display the Product Mix Item Programming screen for the selected store file.
2. Use the scroll box at the right of the screen to find the field you wish to program.
3. Edit fields as necessary by moving your mouse pointer to the field you wish to edit.
Double click on the field, then enter new data.
4. Click Exit to save changes.
