Example of a dialog page: Package configuration

This dialog page is optional; this means that a display is only made in the logbook if it was
configured in Expert.

This shows as example how a change to the configuration file is shown.
In Expert, in the "Package configuration dialog - System variables" the property "preselection"
was not configured, and therefore system variable Up.
$Dialog.PackageConfig.CfgFile = " " was allocated an empty string by Expert.

Here, in the logbook this is displayed in the fact that string " " did not contain any information
and was now changed: changed Old: " "
The change is specified with the configuration file: "./DescLogBook_Konfig_1.upcfg"
