Downloading diagnostic data
Perform this task to download snapshots of the system diagnostics to a CSV file.
The CSV file contains at most 5784 entries, recorded over a 32 day period:
x
3600 entries recorded in the last hour.
x
1440 entries recorded in the previous 24 hours.
x
744 entries recorded in the previous 31 days.
The following statistics can be downloaded:
x
Vector Error
x
Rx Power
x
Tx Power
x
Link Loss
x
Rx Data Rate
x
Tx Data Rate
x
Aggregate Data Rate
x
ODU Temperature
x
CMU Temperature
To download diagnostics data, proceed as follows:

From the left hand menu, select CSV Download. The Generate

Downloadable Diagnostics page is displayed
Use the Diagnostics Selector drop-down list to select a diagnostic type to

download.
Select Generate Diagnostics. The Generate Downloadable Diagnostics

page is redisplayed with the name of the generated CSV file.
Click on the CSV file name and select Save File. Save the CSV file to the
4
hard drive of the local computer.
Open the CSV file in MS Excel and use it to generate statistical reports and
5
diagrams.
