OVEN DOOR REMOVAL

The oven door weighs 30 lbs (14kg). For ease of installation and more thorough
cleaning, some oven doors may be removed.
IMPORTANT:
•
Make sure oven is cool and power to the oven has been turned off before
removing the door.
•
The oven door is heavy and fragile, and the door front is glass. Use both hands,
and grasp only the sides of the oven door to remove.
•
Be sure that both levers are securely in place before removing the door.
•
Do not force door open or closed.
To remove the oven door:
1. Open the door fully.
2. Lift up and turn the small levers situated on the two hinges.
4. Grasp the door by its two outer edges, and then shut it slowly but not
completely.
5. Pull the door toward you, pulling it out of its seat.
6. Replace the door by reversing the above steps.
