Calls can be forwarded by the base station (internal) or by the provider

(external). In the case of internal call forwarding, the second B- channel is used.

Transferring incoming calls - CD (Call Deflection)
With CD you can transfer an incoming call to another call number while it is
ringing. You do not need to answer the call, see also page 40.
Transferring incoming external calls manually
You receive an external call.

Predefining the forwarding destination
You can define a forwarding destination for incoming calls. This
destination call number is offered as a preset in the case of manual
transfer.

Automatic external callback
on busy – CCBS
If the called party is currently in a call you can initiate automatic callback. This
will save you having to dial again and again.
On no reply – CCNR
If the called party does not answer you can initiate automatic callback. As soon
as the other party is free again you will receive the callback. This feature must
be supported by the central office. The callback order will be automatically
cancelled after about two hours (depending on the central office).
Activating callback
To activate callback confirm the softkey [CALLBCK].
