The name of the other party does not appear
when a call is received.
• The other party is not stored in the phone book.

Store in the phone book.
• The calling phone is not set to send the phone
number.
Pairing failed due to time out.
Depending on the connecting device, the time limit for
pairing may be short. Try completing the pairing
within the time.
No sound is output from the unit's speaker
during hands-free call.

If the sound is output from the cellphone, set the
cellphone to output the sound from the unit's
speaker.
Audio playback
(NV-U94T only)
Audio playback is not possible.
• A "Memory Stick Duo" containing audio files is not
inserted in the unit.
• The unit supports only MP3 (MPEG-I Audio Layer-
3) files with sampling frequency 32/44.1/48 kHz, and
bit rate 32 to 320 kbps (VBR).
• Copyright-protected AAC (Advanced Audio Coding)
files cannot be played back.
• The unit supports only AAC-LC files with sampling
frequency 8111.025112116/22.05/24/32/44.1148 kHz,
and bit rate 16 to 320 kbps (VBR). Depending on the
sampling frequency, the bit rate may include non-
standard or non-guaranteed bit rates.
Video playback (NV-U94T only)
Video playback is not possible.
• A "Memory Stick Duo" containing video files is not
inserted in the unit.
• The unit supports only MP4 (MPEG-4 Simple
Profile) files.
• The unit supports only video files with resolution
QVGA (320 x 240).
Jittering occurs during video playback.
If a video file of frame rate over 15 fps and bi t rate
over 384 kbps is played, jitter may occur.
Photo playback
Photo playback is not possible.
• A "Memory Stick Duo" containing photo files is not
inserted in the unit.
• The unit supports only lPEG files.
• The unit supports only photos with a maximum pixel
number of 12 mega.
