11 8xxx Server certificate The device time and
2046 expired date is outside of the
certificated period.-T he
route certificate registered
with the device has
expired. Certificate other
than that initially registered
in the user's operating
environment is being used,
but has not been registered
with the device.
12 8xxx Unknown error Some other kind of
2000 communication error has
occurred.
13 8xxx SOAP Fault SOAP communication error
2063 has occurred.

Remedy
Check that the proxy server name is
correct. If the proxy server name is
correct, check the DNS connection,
as per the troubleshooting initial
procedures.
Install the latest device system
software. (Upgrade)
Check that Service mode > #E-RDS >
RGW-ADDRESS can be https://a01.
ugwdevice.net/ugw/agentif010.is
correct.
Check that the device time and date
are correctly set. If the device time and
date are correct, upgrade to the latest
system software.
Try again after a period of time. If
persists, check the UGW status with
the UGW administrator.
Check that the value of Service mode
> #E-RDS > RGW-PORT can be 443.

14 8xxx Server response Displayed when
2004 error (NULL) communication with UGW
has been successful, but
an error of some sort has
prevented UGW from
responding. When (Null)
is displayed at the end of
the message, this indicates
that there has been
an error in the HTTPS
communication method.
15 8xxx Server Displayed when
2004 response error communication with UGW
(Hexadecimal]) has been successful, but
[Error details in an error of some sort has
UGW ] *1 prevented UGW from
responding.(Hexadecimal)
displayed at the end of the
message is an error code
returned by UGW. In the
case of this kind of error
only, [Server detailed error]
is displayed at the end of
the error information.
16 8xxx Device internal An internal error, such as
0101 - error memory unavailable, etc.,
0A01 has occurred during a
device internal error phase.
17 8xxx Server schedule is During the communication
0201- invalid test, there has been
0204, some kind of error in the
0206 schedule values passed
from UGW.
18 8xxx Server response Due to network congestion,
2047 time out etc., the response from
UGW does not come within
the specified time. (HTTPS
level time out)

Remedy
Try again after a period of time. If
the same error occurs again, check
the UGW status with the UGW
administrator.
Try again after a period of time
and also check detailed error code
(hexadecimal) from UGW displayed
after the message.
Switch the device power OFF/ ON or
replace the device system software.
(Upgrade)
When the error occurs, report the
details to the support section, then,
after the UGW side has responded, try
the communication test again.
If this error occurs when the
communication test is being run, wait
some time and run the test again.
