In case of when abnormal situations happen
Symptoms
Peculiar odor from

Please check the following items
Are you periodically cleaning the drain outlet?
Blocking of the drain outlet may cause odor.
When the odor becomes troublesome
Is the drain trap cover mounted correctly?
Odor may become troublesome depending on the drain water
piping.
Are you performing drying operation?
Display may become foggy due to vapor or moisture when
the drum is heated.
Are you performing drying operation?
Drying heater is located on the upper part of the right side of
the machine, because of which it may become warm during
drying operation.
Is the object dropped on the floor?
Is the machine installed in a low temperature place?
Moisture may condense on the floor during drying.
Adjustment method
Periodically clean the drain outlet (approximately once in a
month).
It is recommended to leave the door open. (Take necessary
precautions so that children do not get into the drum) In this case,
use door stopper (door open screw).
Mount the drain trap cover correctly. Odor of drain inlet may come
during drying operation depending on the installation conditions
(configuration of drain trap or drain water piping). Change the
dehumidification method from Air-Cooling Dehumidification to
Water-Cooling Dehumidification. (However, the amount of water
used during drying operation will increase)
It is not an error.
Wait until the temperature of the drum reduces and fog from the
indicator disappears.
Since it may cause a burn, wait until the temperature of the
machine reduces after finishing the drying operation.
Stop using the machine if the object is not on the floor and
contact the Eco Center.
It is not an error.
