Troubleshooting

Unable to power the camcorder on.
Charge the battery pack or insert four batteries.
The camcorder does not record any pictures.
Check if there is enough space available on the inserted memory
card. Insert an empty memory card or delete some recordings.
Check if the memory card has been formatted properly. Format
the memory card or try with a different memory card.
The picture is distorted or blurred.
The subject was located outside the camcorder focus range.
Change your position relative to the subject. Use the Macro
mode when capturing very close subjects.
The picture is blurred.
Hold the camcorder still while taking the picture.
No connection to the computer is established after connecting the
USB cable.
Unplug the USB connector from the computer and insert it again.
You may also try a different USB port.
