    KDL-19M4000 SELF-DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION IMPORTANT: The unit in this manual DOES NOT contain a self-diagnostic function. If an error occurs, the TV will not stay on. It is our recommendation that if a repair is required for this set, the technician should bring both the A Board and the G Board to the customer location.

    KDL-19M4000 SECTION 2: SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS 2-1. RESETTING TO FACTORY DEFAULTS AFTER BOARD REPLACEMENT Traditional Service Mode is not available in this chassis. The only option for service technicians is to reset all of the settings to the Factory Default from the Self Diagnostic screen.
