6.16 Display Backlight

The PMR display has a backlight to facilitate operating the device in darkness. The
backlight will switch on automatically when pressing any button except the PTT button (13)
and the button (7).
The backlight will switch off automatically after 5 seconds.

6.17 After Using the Product

When you stop using your handheld transceivers you should recharge them in order to have
them fully read the next time you need them. To do this, proceed as described on page 11.
