How to disable dual scan:

6.11 Off Timer (Auto Power Off)

If you have enable the Auto Power Off feature, the PMR will turn off automatically after the
set time.
You can set a delay between 1 and 12 hours. For example, if you set "8" when starting your
work, the PMR will power off automatically at closing time. Or select "OF" to disable the
power-saving function.
