Combined audio output level control

The COMBINED (30) output plays the USB/SD content and automatically switches over to the
FM tuner when the last MP3 track has been played:

Set the COMBINED (27) audio output level control to the required amplifier input level.
– The audio output level could be set between mute and 1.5 Vrms.
– It is advised is to set the control in the upper mid position, at start.
