Prints both the standard and index prints.

Exit the setting.

Do not insert into the camera a card whose print order was set by a
different camera and then try to specify a print order. The prml: order may
no_ WOrK or may De overwritten. Also depending on _ne image type the
print order may no_ be pOSSLD_e
Print ordering will not work with RAW' images.
With [Index] pnnts, both the [Date] and [File No.] cannot be set to [On]
at the same bme.
