Possible Cause
The adaptive intensity
function has been
activated (see
'Adaptive intensity'),
the pressure sensor has
been activated (see
'Pressure Sensor
Feedback'), or the
intensity was
accidentally changed.
The missing parts are
not included with the
model you purchased.
If you need information or support, please visit

warranty leaflet.
What is not covered under warranty:

In mouth attachments including brush heads and
nozzles.

Damage caused by use of unauthorized replacement
parts or unauthorized brush heads.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations
or unauthorized repair.

Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches,
abrasions, discoloration or fading.

Solution
Turn off the adaptive
intensity and/or the
pressure sensor function
(see 'Activating or
deactivating features'),
and/or raise the intensity
level by pressing the
intensity indicator light to
the desired level (see
'Intensity settings').
The accessories and the
number of brush head
attachments are
dependent on the model
number you have
purchased. You can find
the HX model number at
the bottom of your
handle to identify what
comes with your handle.
