Enhance sound

Automatically adjust sound
Your phone automatically identifies the type of media you're playing and adjusts sound for that experience.
You don't have to do anything.
Select sound profiles
You can select a preset sound profile for your loudspeaker, headphones, or other connected device, and
your phone will remember the next time you connect it.
1.
Go to
Settings
> Sound & vibration > Audio effects.
2.
Choose how to adjust sound:
To automatically adjust based on the media playing, turn Auto on
To use a preset sound profile, turn Auto off
3.
To customize a selected sound profile, next to the profile name touch
Choose an equalizer preset to enhance treble, bass, or vocals.
To refine bass, adjust the Bass boost slider.
To keep the same volume level when you switch between audio sources, turn Volume leveler on.
To learn more about these settings, touch > Help.
To revert to original profile settings, touch > Reset.
Add/remove as app or quick setting
To show or hide Audio effects in your list of apps:
1.
Go to
Settings
> Sound & vibration > Audio effects.
2.
Touch > Show icon in the app tray or Hide icon in app tray.
To add or remove Audio effects in quick settings:
1.
Open
quick settings.
2.
Touch

To add, drag
To remove, drag
where you want it in the upper panel.
