Select a message box and play back new messages in it. If the box has its secured

message function turned on, you need to enter the box's security code. If the
# 2 2 (Box 2)
security code entered is incorrect, you must start again by selecting a message box.

Play back new messages in the selected message box.

The phone stops every 4 minutes and waits for further codes. So, press # 2 # every
4 minutes while listening to your messages, or the line will be disconnected*.
Repeat the current message.
If the operation is done within the first 2 seconds of a message, the phone will jump

to the previous message instead.
Skip to the beginning of the next message.

Erase all replayed messages in the selected message box.
Record a memo message (between 2 seconds and 4 minutes) in the selected
message box. Press *
to finish recording.
Turn on the answering function so that callers can record messages.

Each time you enter * 0 * the answer mode changes in the following way, starting
from the currently selected mode:
x OGM1—> OGM2—> ANN ONLY TRANSFER** 1
** You will hear five short error beeps if no phone number for message transfer
message has been recorded.
Turn off the answering function so that incoming calls are not answered.
Record a new outgoing message (between 2 seconds and 4 minutes).
Press * * to finish recording. See also the "Recording the outgoing messages"
(page 28) section. Note that recording a new message turns on the answering
function automatically.
Enter a new phone number for message transfer.
Use the table below to enter special symbols. When you finish, press * *.
