5.5 Setting up of a Secure Data Connection
This section describes the actions to be performed in order to change
from a secure call to a secure data connection. The initiative to go
over to a secure data connection can be taken only by the calling
p a r t y.

Note 2: A rapid intermittent signal during data transmission
indicates pre-emption; finish data transmission immediately
and go on hook.
