Hold the power tool firmly with both hands and make
u
sure you have a stable footing. The power tool can be
more securely guided with both hands.
After operating for extended periods of time, allow
u
the hammer attachment to cool down before touching
it. The hammer attachment may become hot when oper-
ated for extended periods of time.
Additional safety instructions and working
advice
If the application tool should become blocked, switch
u
the power tool off. Loosen the application tool.
Switching on when the drilling tool is blocked may
u
cause high torque reactions.
Avoid switching on the tool accidentally. Make sure
u
that the on/off switch is set to the off position before
inserting a battery. Accidents can occur as a result of
carrying the power tool with your finger on the on/off
switch or inserting the battery while the power tool is
switched on.
Read and strictly observe the safety instructions in
u
the operating instructions of the cordless drill/driver.
Always make sure that you maintain a safe distance.
u
When operating the power tool in high up areas, e.g.
on a ladder, ensure that no one is beneath you.
Never touch the application tool or parts of the power
u
tool near to the application tool after use; these may
be extremely hot. There is a risk of burns.

Intended use
The power tool (GSR 12V-15 FC/GSR 12V-35 FC with ham-
mer adapter GFA 12-H) is intended for hammer drilling in
concrete, brick and stone.
The hammer adapter GFA 12-H may only be used with the
GSR 12V-15 FC and GSR 12V-35 FC cordless drill/drivers.
