Measure the amplitude of both outputs as follows:

4 Set NORM/COMPL switch (19) to COMPL and repeat
5 Switch either AMPLITUDE switch (13 or 54) to ECL
and measure the level and amplitude.
Set AMPLITUDE to 6.6-2.0,

to ccw.
7 Baseline should shift from > -2V to > +2V.
