2. Use the Test Record to record the 30 mV, 300 mV, 3 V, 30 V and 300 V full-scale readings begin-
ning with the 30 mV range.
3. Test the HP 3457A accuracy at one-tenth of full-scale on the 300 V, 30 V, 3 V and 300 mV ranges.
Set the HP 3457A to each range and the AC Signal Source to provide a voltage equal to one-tenth of
the full-scale value of the range selected. Use the Test Record to record the readings for each range.
4, If any of the gain readings are beyond the
specified in Table 4-2 and on the Test Record, the
instrument
should
be calibrated
or repaired.
Refer
to Section V of this manual
for calibration
procedures.
5. Set the AC Voltage Standard for an output of 30 mV,
