7. Disconnect the cables to the filter unit.
8. Do one of the steps that follow:
a) For EBE 500 50 Hz: Remove the lowering kit
with fan unit.
b) For EBE 500 60 Hz: Remove the fan unit.

9. Remove the 5 screws, the 10 washers, the 5 nuts
and the separator.
Note:
Open the separator door to get access to
the nuts
10. Remove the 6 screws, the 12 washers, 6 nuts and
the rebound unit.
11. Remove all remaining silicone from the flanges.
