SD Card Data & Alarm Log Download
Risk of severe injury or death by electrical shock.
To minimize risk of electrical shock, disconnect power before working on or around the system.
Each time power is cycled, the system will record and create a new folder of data and alarm logs in CSV files
on the SD card. These folders are named with the current date and time at power up. For example, folder
"History.20230227120556" is February 27th, 2023, 12:05:56 (24-hr clock). 2023 (year) 02 (month) 27 (day)
12 (hour) 05 (minutes) 56 (seconds).
Data log CSV files include:
Analog 1, 2, 3, and 4: Data from each sensor connected to the analog inputs on the sensor gland
panel.
Current: Motor current in Amps
Voltage: Motor voltage in Volts
Motor RPM
VFD IGBT Temperature
To download and view the data logs on the computer:
1.
Disconnect power.
2. Open the control panel door to access the SD card.
3. Locate the SD card on the back side of the touch screen towards the upper left portion.
4. Press in on the SD card to unlock it.
5. Pull the SD card out.
6. Insert the SD card into your computer.
7.
Open the SD card drive folder.
8. Open the folder labeled "HMI" and then "HMI-000".
9. For data logs, open any of the dated folders that begin with "History."
10. For alarm history, open any of the dated folders that begin with "Alarm."
11. Open the folder called "CSV".
12. Open a CSV file with spreadsheet tool, such as Microsoft Excel to view a specific data entry.
Data is logged every 5 seconds from system power-up.
The time, date, and corresponding data reading or alarm will be shown.

SD Card Re-installation

1.
Make sure power is disconnected.
2. Locate the SD card slot on the back side of the touch screen.
It should be towards the upper left portion.
3. Insert the SD card in the proper orientation
4. Press until the SD card clicks into place.
