Abrasive valve
The abrasive valve controls the flow of the abrasive
shots to the blastwheel. The adjustment of the abrasive
valve is shown on the ammeter. Refer to
page 11 .

CAUTION:
valve when the blast motor is in operation.
1. Pull the abrasive control lever to open the abrasive
valve and adjust the flow of abrasive shots.
2. Push the abrasive control lever to close the abrasive
valve and adjust the flow of the abrasive shots.
Abrasive seal
The abrasive seal makes sure that the abrasive stays
in the product during operation. The abrasive seal has
magnetic seals (A) on the sides and in front of the
blast housing. Brush lists (B) are attached around the
magnetic seals.
The skid seal (C) moves on the surface.

To adjust the height of the magnetic
seals
The correct height adjustment of the magnetic seals is
8-10 mm/0.3-0.4 in. from the surface.
1. Loosen the 2 adjustment screws at the front to set
the correct height.
