6.4.9 Replacing an Inlet Solenoid Valve

Context
Recommended tools and materials: Phillips screwdriver and a new inlet solenoid
valve
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Open the front door and turn off the general switch. For a device that has two
power inputs, turn off the active power switch QF1 and standby power switch
QF2.
Step 3 Turn off the water injection valve of the inlet solenoid valve.
Step 4 Unplug the cable terminals (YV4.1 and YV4.2).
Step 5 Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the 2 fastening screws of the sheet metal.
Take out the inlet solenoid valve.

Step 6 Remove the intake tube of the inlet solenoid valve.
Step 7 Install a new water inlet solenoid valve.
Step 8 Power on the device.
Step 9 Tap Start on the home screen.
