Before this fine alignment of the cabinets is done, the cabinets have to be roughly aligned and
connected.
1. To prevent damages to the cross connecting cables
and hoses, make sure to support these when moving
the cabinets together.
2. Once the cabinets are put together, minimise the gap
between the two cabinets by adjusting the control cab-
inet feet.

If the site area is limited and the Control Cabinet needs to be put in place first.
1. Roughly level both cabinets when separated.
2. Fine tune the chamber cabinet after its final move.
3. Adjust the gap between the units by adjusting the con-
trol cabinet feet.
