Hearing App screen.
Ensure Ear ID is on in order to calibrate the HP Hearing
PRO Hearing Aids to your personal hearing profile.
You can turn Ear ID off to turn off the custom hearing
profile. The hearing aids will use the default normal
hearing profile.

Note:
If you repeatedly need to adjust settings
to increase loudness and clarity of sound, it
is recommended that you recreate your Ear
ID profile to ensure it is programmed for your
personal hearing requirements.
It is recommended that you recreate Ear ID every 6
months as your hearing changes over time.
Tap Recreate in the Ear ID screen to restart the Ear ID
evaluation.
