■ When placing the unit, make sure that it does not obstruct
steering, braking or the operation of other vehicle oper-
ating systems (e .g . airbags) or restrict your field of vision
when driving .
■ DANGER! Do not place the device within the airbag
deployment area or near it, as the device may be flung
through the vehicle interior in the event of airbag deploy-
ment and cause serious injury .
■ Make sure that the device is not installed in a position in
which you could come into contact with it in the event of
an accident or collision .
■ Also refer to the operating instructions for your mobile
phone .
■ WARNING! If you notice any unusual noises, a
burning smell or smoke, immediately unplug the device
from the 12/24 V on-board socket . Have the device
checked by a qualified specialist before using it again .
■ All of the applicable laws in your location must be ob-
served . Your hands must always be free to operate the
vehicle safely when you are driving . Traffic safety must
always take priority whilst driving . Use this device only if it
is not like to lead to any hazard during driving situations .
