PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Before First Use
Your Stand Mixer is individually adjusted at the factory for optimal performance. When using
the Ceramic Bowl, it may be necessary to readjust the beater-to-bowl clearance. Ensure the
thread ring is tight enough to avoid beater-to-bowl hits. Please refer to the Stand Mixer
Owner's manual for complete information on adjusting the beater-to-bowl clearance.
IMPORTANT: Before use, wash with hot, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
NOTE: This Ceramic Bowl is designed to fit all 5K45 - 5KSM45 - 5KSM125 - 200 Series
models. Follow these instructions to attach the Ceramic Bowl to your Stand Mixer.
1.
Be sure the speed control is set to OFF/ 0 and the Stand Mixer is unplugged.
2.
Unlock and lift the Motor Head. Then, lock
3.
Place the Ceramic Bowl on the Clamping Plate, and attach by turning gently in a clockwise
direction.
4.
Use the directions in the Stand Mixer manual to attach accessory.
PRODUCT DISASSEMBLY
1.
Turn the Stand Mixer to OFF/ 0 and unplug.
2.
Raise the Motor Head: Unlock and lift the Motor Head. Then, lock
lifted.
3.
Remove the accessory: Press the accessory upward, turn it and pull it away from the
Beater Shaft.
4.
Remove the Ceramic Bowl: Twist to unlock the bowl from the Clamping Plate.
*Locking option is available on select models.
